“SATIATING” is the term Dr.Ken Berry uses when describing how much to eat. When trying figure out how much, he say’s to eat until you are satiatedly full. Now I know exactly what he means. I have a very happy belly, full but not feeling weighed down. Happy side benefit, my blood sugar after eating (1/2 pound of brisket) was 71.
Carnivore Challenge Week 2 update is coming up. I will be sharing all the juicy details, including my weight. I was so curious about the progress I bought a new smart scale. Plus I had labs done and most of the number are good but some not so good. I’m not freaked, like I might have been if I didn’t already have a plan, a carnivore plan.
