My fasting morning blood sugar was 106
After coffee- my blood sugar was 88.
Then after my morning walk of 10464 steps my blood sugar was 77.
We spent the afternoon touring some marinas in St Augustine. And added 6235 steps to my step total of 16699.
For dinner, we went to visit our favorite bartender at Mellow Mushroom Pizza. Not really a carnivore kind of place but I managed with baked chicken wings and club soda. After approximately 20 to 30 minutes, my blood sugar was 84.
