  1. Being on time- You are worth being on time to make time for your well being.
    2.Work ethic- You are worth the work to make the change from crap food to whole natural food.
  2. Effort- You are worth the effort to be healthy.
  3. Body language- You are worth being confident and showing you are confident.
    5.Energy- You are worth the energy you will gain by cutting the crap food out and eating healthy whole food.
  4. Attitude- You are worth the positive attitude you will have when you heal your brain with healthy whole food.
  5. Passion- You are worth the passion you will gain for yourself and towards your lover when you heal your sexual organs with healthy whole food.
    8.Being Coachable- You are worth being coachable to learn a healthy lifestyle.
  6. Doing Extra- You are worth doing extra to improve yourself with healthy whole food.
  7. Being Prepared- You are worth being prepared, to educate yourself on what is going into your body.
